Whenever you pre-order an item, the price we charge when we ship it to you will be the lowest price offered by CaregiversAdvice.net between the time you place your order and the release date.
Please note that our Pre-Order Price Guarantee applies only to items sold by CaregiversAdvice.net, and not to items (or prices) offered by other sellers.
If your order enters the shipping process before the release date and the price is lowered on the release date, we will automatically refund your credit card for the difference between the price you were charged and the release-date price. If you did not use a credit card to pay for your order, please contact customer service through out contact page.
CaregiversAdvice.net does not price-match with other retailers (including those who sell their items on our Web site). We do, however, consistently work toward maintaining competitive prices on everything we carry.

Oversized and extremely heavy items will incur a special shipping surcharge. The surcharge varies depending on the size and weight of the item. This charge will be displayed in the Shipping & Handling subtotal of the order form.
Some items may incur a sourcing fee to cover the expense of selling these items; we regret that we must occasionally pass these costs along to our customers. The sourcing fee, if applicable, will be listed along with the item's price on the product detail page.
Items in your Shopping Cart will always reflect the most recent price displayed on the item's product detail page. Please note that this price may differ from the price shown for the item when you first placed it in your cart. Placing an item in your cart does not reserve the price shown at that time. It is also possible that an item's price may decrease between the time you place it in your cart and the time you purchase it.
Some discounts are limited-time offers. Also, as the discount we are able to offer for any item is dependent upon its availability, CaregiversAdvice.net's price will necessarily change on occasion.
With respect to items sold by CaregiversAdvice.net, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order; however, we do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
